Network Rail is looking for a new PR agency to take care of the company’s public affairs account and both existing agencies MHP and Edelman are therefore on alert and may be re-pitching to retain their client.
Several agencies have been approached by Network Rail to offer competitive pitches to win the company as a client and the rail company is set to make a commitment later in March. The Head of Public Affairs for the company, Ed Wilson is the key decision maker for the deal.
In the past, a variety of agencies have promoted Network Rail including: MHP, Mandate Communications and Edelman. Both MHP and Edelman have been invited to re-pitch to retain the largely Public Affairs PR focused business.
