The use of Curriculum Vitae's ("CV") and any other personal information supplied to us by you and other users of this site is governed by our "Privacy Policy " which we outline below. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you expressly consent to the disclosures of personal data to third parties and to Fresh Connect's use of your information as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Your use of the Site
The information and services available on this site are provided only for the purpose of assisting you and other individuals in finding employment and/or to assist employers in recruiting staff. We authorise you to review and download a single copy of the material on this site solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to post or transmit on this site inaccurate, incomplete or false information. We accept no responsibility for the content or accuracy of the information that is available or is posted on this website nor do we make any representations in respect of the contents of this website as regards the existence or availabilities of any jobs advertised.

Fresh Connect in its sole discretion shall determine your compliance with the above and shall have the right to delete any material from the site without prior notice which it deems not to comply or to be objectionable for any reason.

PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy and will take all reasonable and diligent steps to keep information we hold about you secure and ensure that it is not misused, but we cannot guarantee on-line security. We understand the importance to you of maintaining the confidentiality of your CV and all other information you may provide to us whilst using the Fresh Connect website.

Additionally, we make every effort to comply with our obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998.

CV Information

If you post your CV to our database we will, thereafter, submit your information to potential employers or agencies who are advertising vacancies, or whom we think may be interested in your services via our website or other means. We will provide you with details of all third parties and request your consent before we forward your CV or personal information to them. 

In addition, if you elected to receive them we will forward to you via e-mail our Job Alerts and/or Registered User E-Mail Newsletter which contains information topical to your job search for your perusal.

You can and should update us regularly on the content of your CV and other personal information in the Candidate Lounge section of the website.  Please remember that information presented on the website is being continuously supplied to us by third parties. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that information relating to you is accurate and not misleading. Please let us know if you no longer wish us to publicise your CV or other information and we will then delete it from our system, or delete it yourself using the tools provided.

However, third parties who have previously received your CV may have retained a copy in their own files or databases.  We are not responsible for their attention, use or privacy of your CV in these instances.

Cookies

We use "cookies" - small amounts of information stored on your computer to allow us to manage and monitor your use of our websites and to identify you when you return to our site. 

No personal data is stored in our cookies but they relate data to personal data held securely on our computers.  Most browsers allow you to set them to refuse cookies although by doing so you will not be able to receive a personal service from us.
